Terms and Conditions

  • Lumin8 Football operates within the NSW School Term dates which are subject to change. 
  • Registration is for 1 term only. 
  • Registration fee includes weekly 1hr 15min scheduled training session for allocated date and time. 
  • You are welcome to enquire about a FREE trial prior to registration. Please note that Lumin8 Football Player Declaration is required to be signed prior to participating in this free trial session. 
  • By registering and paying for 1 term in full you are accepting our terms and conditions and you are acknowledging that Lumin8 Football will NOT be issuing refunds during the term, nor crediting towards the next term. 
  • All Lumin8 Coaches and staff have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Lumin8 Football will continue to train in wet weather and will only be cancelled in the case of heavy rain and lightning as safety is a priority.  We do recommend bringing your rain jacket with you in case of a change in weather during the training session. In the case of training being cancelled due to severe weather we will endeavour to provide a make-up session in replacement for the cancelled session. This will be communicated via a Whatsapp group chat where updates will be made. 
  • Lumin8 Football makes it a priority to ensure the safety of all participants in our training sessions and encourage good judgement should your child be unwell and unable to attend.
  • Participants are required to wear shin pads to training for safety purposes and football boots are optional, however, please note that other teammates will be wearing football boots and tackling is inevitable.
